The Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island Area, continuing its long standing commitment to the young people of Onslow and Pender Counties, has awarded Key Club Scholarships in the amount of $3,000 each to graduating seniors at Dixon and Topsail High Schools. These scholarship awards recognize academic achievement and service. Funding for these scholarships comes from fund-raising activities conducted throughout the year by the Topsail Kiwanis Club, the Kiwanis Club of Topsail Island Area and the Topsail Island Kiwanis Foundation working jointly to award these scholarships. Beginning in 2019, the Topsail Kiwanis Club of Hampstead will assume sole responsibility of Key Club Scholarships for Topsail High School.
In addition to the Key Club Scholarships, our foundation also provide funds for the Madison C. Yingling Legacy Scholarship, an endowed scholarship.
